Uglow - My favourite artist - is by no means classical, yes he is figurative but not in a sense that is constricted by dogma of classicist, photorealist or renaissance art, and I believe his art is entirely relevant to the modern world - it still evokes those inexplicable and powerful emotions that artworks aim to do and is beautiful too - yet I cannot find an accredited course that has any focus on even uglows brand of slightly abstracted realism
